Ballast Water Management System

BOS BWMS adopts a combination treatment technology of filtration and UV inactivation. Filtration system works before the UV system to remove particulate matter (PM) and the planton larger than50um. After that, the filtered ballast water flows into UV reactor. The UV light is an efficient broadspectrum bactericide and could kill almost all the bacteria and viruses effectively.

Electric Steam Generator (ESG)

ESG is a circulating electric heater unit designed to provide continuous saturated steam to major Marine equipment when the ship’s oil-fired boilers are unable to operate due to regional regulations.
This ESG system is modular in design and horizontally installed. The control cabinet, circulation pump, safety valve and check valve are integrated into the system module, making it easy to install and low operating cost. It is an effective alternative solution for Marine oil-fired boiler.

 

Scrubber

I-Type

I-Type of scrubber, slim and a little high, small diameter, the lowest back pressure requirements, rare of maintenance work in scrubber and easy to install. For the normal design, there has the risk at the exhaust gas inlet for salt jam and seawater intrusion, but our ZEPT has completed and improved the design on it.

Ua-Type

Ua type of scrubber as popular design, a little high, small diameter, larger layout space and higher back pressure requirements, few of maintenance work in scrubber, there is no risk at the exhaust gas inlet for salt jam and few of seawater intrusion.

Ub-Type

Ub type of scrubber as ZEPT particular design, the layout space is much smaller than Ua type, the height is slightly higher than Ua type, small diameter, low backpressure requirements, few of maintenance work in scrubber.
This type of scrubber has designed with multi-layer bottom plate and smoke inlet corrosion protection, no risk of seawater intrusion, more safe and reliable and durable.

 

Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (EGCS)

Open Loop

The open-loop system uses seawater directly to remove sulfur dioxide from the exhaust gas.
After the exhaust gas enters the scrubber, it passes through the atomized seawater area sprayed at different heights, and the sulfide in the exhaust gas react with the seawater to form sulfuric acid. Thereafter, the natural alkalinity of seawater is neutralized with acidic liquid twice to form non-corrosive sulfate substances, which can be discharged into the sea.

Closed Loop

The closed-loop system operates continuously without consideration of seawater alkalinity and is best suited for low alkalinity and fresh water areas.
In the closed-loop system, the exhaust gas enters the scrubber and is fully contacted with the spray liquid mixed with NaOH, and the sulfide in the exhaust gas react with the mixture and is neutralized. After be treated by the water treatment unit, the washing water from the scrubber can be discharged safely and harmless to the environment to meet the discharge requirements of the IMO.
In the area where zero discharge mode is required to operate, the washing water can be discharged into a special storage tank after treatment, and then received and professionally treated by a special institution on land after berthing.

Hybrid Loop

ZEPT additionally provides hybrid solution which has the flexibility to operate in open loop or closed loop.
This provides a flexibility of operation for ship in low alkaline waters as well as the open ocean. And it can be operated in zero discharge mode for a limited period and can be switched to open loop or closed loop according the actual location of the ship at sea.

DW-931 Marine Air Circuit Breaker

DW931 series frame circuit breakers are characterized by small volume, high short-time withstand current, high breaking capacity, zero flashover, etc. The full series circuit breakers have 4 shell bracket grades and 14 current specifications, ranging from 1250A to 5500A. The product is suitable for the protection, on and off of the power grid in the power system of 690V and below. The breaking ability is up to 120kA. The product has a high short-term tolerance, and can achieve good superior and inferior selective protection. The product can measure current, voltage, power and other parameters of electric quantity, with remote control, telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment four remote functions to meet the needs of intelligent ships.

DZ-931 Marine Molded Case Circuit Breaker

DZ931 series molded case circuit breakers have the characteristics of small volume, high breaking capacity and zero flashover, etc. The full series circuit breakers have 50A~1250A 6 shell class and 26 current specifications. The product is suitable for the protection, on and off of the power grid in the power system of 690V and below. The circuit breaker has J, B, G, X and other breaking ability to choose. The breaking capacity can reach 150kA. Double breakpoint current limiting structure can realize good upper and lower selective protection. The product can measure current, voltage, power and other parameters of electric quantity, with remote control, telemetry, remote signalling, remote adjustment four remote functions to meet the needs of intelligent ships.
